Rajeev sir has been one of the most impactful mentors in my college journey. He taught us
Operating Systems, but honestly, his guidance has gone way beyond just one subject. Whether it’s
project work, learning new concepts, or thinking about career direction, sir has always been there
to guide me in the right way.
Sir has a unique style — strict when it comes to discipline, but extremely calm, supportive, and
motivating when you actually talk to him. Unke paas koi bhi doubt le jao, kitna bhi basic ya
complicated ho, sir patiently explain kar dete hain. Aur sabse badi baat, sir genuinely want their
students to grow, explore new things, and stay curious.
I’ve known him for almost a year, but in the last six months I got to understand his mentoring
style closely. And I can confidently say that he is someone who brings both knowledge and clarity
to the table. Har jagah, har situation me, sir kisi na kisi tarah se help kar dete hain — chahe
main project me atka hoon ya koi new technology seekhna chahta hoon.
One thing I deeply admire is how sir always shares real-life cybercrime stories, case studies, and
practical examples in class. This has helped us understand not just technology, but the risks and
responsibilities that come with it. Sir always says:
“Follow a zero-trust policy, so you never become a victim of
cybercrime — but believe in everybody and love everyone.”
This line genuinely changed how I look at online safety and human behaviour.
His knowledge is not limited to tech — sir often shares stories, social awareness lessons, and
practical wisdom that builds our overall understanding of the world.
Another unique thing is sir’s deep connection with Ayurveda, yoga, and natural healing. He
regularly shares insights on how herbs, yoga, and lifestyle changes can help people stay healthy.
One of the most powerful lessons he gave me is this:
“Jo kaam start kiya hai, usko complete karo. Beech mein mat chhodo. Patience rakho aur usko end
tak le jao.”
This simple advice has genuinely shaped my mindset. Now, whenever I start something—whether it’s a
project, a skill, or any task—I remind myself to stay patient, stay consistent, and finish what I
began. It’s a habit that has strengthened both my discipline and my confidence.

Pradeep has been my friend since school days, and even today he’s one of the closest people in my
life. From classrooms to college life, he’s always been the same—supportive, genuine, and the kind
of friend who stands with you in every situation.
No matter what phase we are in, He is that one person jiske saath har baat share ki ja sakti hai,
without any hesitation. He’s more like family now, and I’m grateful that our friendship stayed

Mandal sir teaches us Digital Electronics, and honestly he makes the whole world of 0 and 1 feel
simple and fun. Sir always says we should understand the logic behind everything — and because of
him, we all somehow passed the entire game of 0s and 1s 😄
Sir doesn’t always remember everyone’s name, but he remembers each student by roll number
— and jab sir “arey baba…” bolte the na, that tone itself made the
class feel lighter and friendly. His way of speaking had its own charm and make me Enjoying his
tone.
One moment I’ll always remember is from our lab session. Sir’s foot accidentally touched mine, and
immediately he apologized in the traditional Indian way. That simple gesture showed how polite,
humble, and respectful he truly is — even towards his own students. It’s rare to see that level of
kindness.
On the personal side, sir has a successful love marriage — and he always mentions it proudly 😄 It
honestly makes him an ideal example for anyone who believes in love and standing by your person.
Sir’s nature is very supportive, calm and funny too. He explains concepts in a way that even the
toughest topics start looking easy. His knowledge of electronics is solid, but what inspires me
even more is that he’s continuously learning and exploring the AI domain. It shows how a teacher
can grow with time, and we also feel motivated to keep learning like him.

I met Suraj Sir for the first time during a seminar at my own college. From the very beginning, I
was deeply impressed by his communication skills. The clarity with which he spoke and explained
ideas made a strong impact on me. After the seminar, I asked him how one can develop such
effective communication skills.
His answer was simple but powerful. He said that teaching is one of the
best ways to improve communication. He also emphasized that good presentation is only
possible when you have complete knowledge of what you are presenting. Without full understanding,
communication always remains weak.
Later, when I had to present a startup idea at GNSU, I met him again. At that time, I was working
on my startup idea and wanted to improve it. During our discussion, he told me something that
completely changed my way of thinking. He said that you should be ready to
call your own idea useless or waste if needed. One should never get emotionally attached
to an idea, because an idea is only an assumption until it is proven in the real world.
This taught me that questioning your own idea is extremely
important. Putting a question mark on your idea helps you rethink, refine, and improve
it. Attachment to ideas blocks growth, but criticism opens new directions.
Since my startup idea was based on the education system, he advised me to perform cause analysis.
He encouraged me to think deeply about why a problem exists, what caused
it, and at which level it started. When I applied this method, I realized that many
problems in the education system are deeply rooted from the very beginning, not just at the
surface level.
Another strong lesson he shared was about leadership and execution. He said that people are
always ready to work—the real skill lies in knowing how to communicate with them and how to get
work done effectively.
“Kam karne ke liye log ready hote hain, bas tumhe unse kaam karwana
aana chahiye.”
At the starting point of my learning and growth, this knowledge and guidance helped me a lot in
solving my problems

Arup Kadia Sir taught us two important core subjects during my academic journey— Data Structures using C in the 2nd semester and Software Engineering in the

Ambashtha Sir taught us Data Visualization during the 1st semester
